So you don't believe there's a God...who cares what you think? What makes your opinion any more important or informed than Joel Osteen, Pat Robertson, etc? The basis of Protestant Christianity is faith that Christ died for all humanity, and those who believe it will have life after death. Not any more implausible than we all evolved from unicellular organisms, because there's nothing factual to prove either system of belief. Keep in mind that all major theories that deal with the creation of earth, whether it be Big Bang, intelligent design, etc. are just that: theories. Your faith in the lack of existence in a divine creator is not different in the faith others put in a God, whether it be Yahweh, Buddha, Christ, etc. Your "putting information out there" on atheism in approach is very similar to the way that most Progressive Protestant denominations reach others. By "providing an outlet to ask questions, creating a non-biased forum where you can speak your mind."
Dear Sir,
I see one question, ‘who cares what you think?’ and a large confession of your misunderstanding of what constitutes evidence, what a ‘scientific’ theory is, the massive body of data that exists backing up said theories, or the concept of accepting a claim on evidence and accepting it on faith… therefore, I will address the question alone…
Obviously not you. Feel free to wander off a never return. There are those, however impossible you may think, that do care and have expressed appreciation for my question & answer service. It is for them, Sir, not you or your misguided logic, that l continue.
Sincerely,
TnAtheist
